My alter ego is the Daredevil Bama Gurl. I am a Bama Football Fan for life. Roll Tide! I also like to seek thrills and my hubby branded me as Daredevil Bama Gurl and it stuck. I’ve been a critical care Registered Nurse for over 20 years, a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Grief Specialist.
As the WHITE COAT WOMAN I’m going to hopefully help you stay healthy with my awesome blog. As the Daredevil Bama Gurl I’m going to keep the site laced with fun exciting content (see my Mental Health Break section). This site will eventually be one of the best nursing websites.
